Pressure on local government

Q-Matic's seminar Chairman Ed Heal commented: “The two days were very busy and we had a greater turnout than usual. The seminar theme, Investing in service excellence in a downturn, resulted in some very interesting discussions between the delegates, speakers and Q-Matic staff.

With the enormous pressure on local government to improve efficiencies, despite increased demand and diminishing resources, it is a topic on everyone's mind. I expect the networking and ideas sharing between seminar attendees to continue for some time.”
