Our commitment to the environment

Q-Matic is committed to protecting and enhancing local and global environments and ensuring that activities are carried out in a sustainable way.

Because a Q-Matic system is completely web-based, users can generate reports on waiting times, customer volumes and staff performance without using any paper. The 'Questionnaire' module allows managers to capture customer comments using a wireless unit, again completely eliminating the need for printed paper.

In locations where several services share the same premises – such as a local authority one-stop shop – a Q-Matic system enables better use of the space, so saving on heating and lighting. Also, the internet connectivity allows users to work remotely, thereby reducing the need for travelling or for office space.
