The 'Questionnaire' module allows managers to capture customer comments using a wireless unit, again completely eliminating the need for printed paper.
In locations where several services share the same premises – such as a local authority one-stop shop – a Q-Matic system enables better use of the space, so saving on heating and lighting. Also, the internet connectivity allows users to work remotely, thereby reducing the need for travelling or for office space.
