Should you need assistance with setting up or running your Q-Matic system, WebEx allows a Q-Matic engineer to remotely access your system and provide the necessary support.

Platinum

With the Platinum cover you get top priority case handling at all times. The cover includes real time support, proactive personalised support as well as personal advice on optimising system usage.

You also get reduced cost for upgrades and a four-year extended warranty on hardware. Immediate replacement of equipment means limited disturbance in your operation. The service includes pro-active hardware maintenance and two complimentary on-site health checks per year. With Q-Matic's remote service we assist with trouble shooting and configuration changes via the web or network.

You also benefit from our consulting team's three day post review, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from your system as well as a review of your business processes to maximise the efficiency of your operation. This includes a custom made statistical report and assistance with analysis of statistics.

Premium

Premium cover includes real time support and proactive personalised support as well as personal advice on optimising system usage. You will also be advised on product updates including major and minor releases, as well as service packs.

You also get reduced cost for upgrades and a four-year extended warranty on hardware. The service includes pro-active hardware maintenance and a regular on-site health check per year. With Q-Matic's remote service we assist with trouble shooting and configuration changes via the web or network. You also benefit from our consulting team's one day post review, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from your system. Immediate replacement of equipment means limited disturbance in your operation.

Standard

Our Standard cover includes real time support and proactive personalised support as well as personal advice on optimising system usage. You also get advice on product updates including major and minor releases, as well as service packs. The hardware warranty is extended to two years.
